Settlement between Nayyirah Khanum, daughter of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan Ghaffari, and Muhammad Ja‘far from Kalah, son of the late Aqa Mirza, resident of Kalah from Kashan, over two pieces of land for sixty five tumans, dated November 20, 1913. On verso: Muhammad Ja‘far settles parts of the mentioned properties with Riza Quli Khan Ghaffari, dated April 18, 1916.

Settlement between Riza Quli Khan and his mother, 1893
The second wife of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan [Agha Baygum Khanum] transfers the ownership of all her belongings (including whatever she owns until her death) to her son, Riza Quli Khan, in exchange for one hundred dinars. The condition is that Riza Quli Khan will be responsible for the food and clothing expenses of his mother as long as she lives. Moreover, after her death, he shall spend fifty tumans of his own money for the funeral expenses. A male slave, named Qanbar, and a female slave, named Tuti, are included in this settlement.
